How to Brew - This is a great reference for the seasoned brewer or those new to brewing. John Palmer, a well known homebrewer, published his first book, in its entirety, on the web. Best part - it's completely free! He has a new updated print version of the book that is being published in June, 2006. It's a great reference to have around your home brewery.
Hopunion - This is the web site of the company that supplies almost all of the hops to homebrew retailers. The
Hopunion Data Book (in PDF format) is a must-have reference for any homebrewer. It contains information about all of the most commonly used hops by homebrewers.

The Foam Rangers Homebrew Club's Foam Improvement web page. This web page contains links with excellent info about malt, hops yeast and water - the four main ingredients in beer.
Thomas' Mash Infusion Water Temperature Table - During a brewing session at Dano's recently I saw a need for a quick reference for strike water tempurature. I developed this quick table from Palmer's simplified equation that should get brewers in the right range.
